偽靜態(tài)存儲(chǔ)器(Parrallel pSRAM)的設(shè)計(jì)是用于直接替代靜態(tài)隨機(jī)存儲(chǔ)器(SRAM),即使內(nèi)部存儲(chǔ)器的操作并非靜態(tài)。商業(yè)化的兩種偽靜態(tài)存儲(chǔ)器分別是偽靜態(tài)隨機(jī)存儲(chǔ)器(PSRAM)及鐵電隨機(jī)存儲(chǔ)器(F—RAM)。PSRAM針對(duì)慢速SRAM應(yīng)用;當(dāng)純粹計(jì)算每個(gè)位的成本時(shí)具有競爭優(yōu)勢。F-RAM針對(duì)電池后備SRAM(即BBSRAM)應(yīng)用,在系統(tǒng)成本及產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)方面具有競爭力。F-RAM還有一個(gè)目標(biāo)用途是用于非易失性數(shù)據(jù)獲得,在這種應(yīng)用中可以提供卓越的性能。
